In House Lab assures optimum quality by systematically monitoring all chemicals in the cleaning and plating lines. We maintain the lines within their controlled limits for a consistent product from start to finish. In addition, Modesto Plating and Powder Coating utilizes Hull Cell plating equipment for quality assurance. The Hull Cell is a mini-plating bath used to confirm the chemical analysis by providing a visual test panel for a true inspection of the effectiveness within the plating bath. It is these types of controls that Modesto Plating and Powder Coating uses to consistently produce superior products.
